When you send an inquiry
When online submission is available, the form asks for your name, email address, and a description of what you’d like to improve. Business name and website are optional.
Choosing “Send my request” sends these details to the StrideVoice intake service operated by HandyMack Tech & Home Services LLC. The service stores the request in its business records for Joe to review and follow up. It also processes connection and request information to check where submissions come from and limit abuse.
The form shows receipt only after the service accepts the request. If a connection fails, your details remain in the open page so you can retry or email Joe. The form does not save a draft in browser storage; closing or reloading the page can lose those details. “Copy details for email” copies them to your device’s clipboard when you choose that option.
Please describe the work without including passwords, payment details, or private customer records.
When you email Joe
Your message goes to [email protected]. Joe uses what you send to understand your request, reply, and discuss a possible next step. Email is handled by the services used to send and receive the message.
The form and email do not book an appointment. If you pick a time with the booking calendar on this site, Google Calendar provides and handles it under Google’s privacy policy; Joe sees the name, contact details, and answers you enter there.
When you visit the website
Cloudflare Pages hosts this site. Cloudflare processes connection and request information to deliver and protect the website. Its privacy policy describes that processing.
The site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and page performance. Its browser beacon sends measurement data to Cloudflare. The inquiry form does not send your message or contact fields to analytics. See Cloudflare Web Analytics and its data collection documentation for details.
