I’m Joe Machynia. I’ve spent more than 15 years working directly with small-business owners in service industries, along with more than five years working in technology, security, and automation.

I own HandyMack and founded StrideVoice, the AI voice assistant behind HandyMack’s receptionist, Riley. HM Business Systems is a new service line; the examples come from work I’ve built and use in my own businesses.
